Menopause, both peri and post are just transitions in life.
Your body is changing, it always has been.
We make these transitions most obviously from new born to baby, to toddler, to child, to teenager to young adult and so it goes on.
Menopause is at the other end of all that. No point in fighting it, it’s happening so let’s get comfortable around it.
I’m offering Sunday morning therapeutic yoga sessions and I’m going to allow 15 – 20 minutes for us to connect and share our experiences and tips on how to navigate this part of our lives.
We’ll be looking at Yogas sister science Ayurveda, drawing on some very ancient wisdom.
Ayervada concerns itself with the quality of life not the quantity.
Ayervadic principals are as true for stallions, pear trees as they are for humans.
