Yoga helps reduce stress as it promotes relaxation, the natural opposite of stress.

Therapeutic yoga works on the principal of relaxing the central nervous system in order to aid healing.

I use props to help you understand the pose, and release tension in the muscles. Helping you to stay calm, focused, balanced, and relaxed.

The flip side of the mind is the breath. If you stay focused on the breath the mind has no choice but to take a back seat.
